The seasonal menu borrows from the classic American repertoire and adds exotic Caribbean flair. Seafood is a specialty, as seen in pan-roasted diver scallops with couscous and saffron tomato broth, pistachio-crusted black grouper, and Meyer lemon-roasted Florida shrimp.
